1. What shipping options do you offer?


We offer both standard and express shipping to ensure you get your products as quickly as possible.


Standard Shipping (UK):

Timeframe: 2–15 working days

Cost: Calculated at checkout. Free for qualifying orders.


Express Shipping (UK):

Timeframe: 1–2 working days

Cost: Available at checkout for a flat rate.


International Shipping:

Timeframe: Delivery times vary by location. You’ll see the estimated delivery date and cost at checkout.

Cost: Varies depending on the destination and the weight of the items in your cart.


Note: Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after purchase, and you’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

 


 

2. How do I track my order?


Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also check the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website.


If you haven’t received your tracking info, please reach out to us at hello@techboxsupplies.store, and we’ll assist you immediately.

 


 

3. Do you ship internationally?


Yes! We ship globally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping method and see the exact costs at checkout.


For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on the regulations in your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

4. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?


We take great care to ensure that all orders are carefully packed, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right!


Here’s what to do:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at hello@techboxsupplies.store within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Provide Photos: Please send us clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) along with your order number.

3. Return & Refund Process: Once we verify the issue, we’ll guide you through the return process and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

 


 

5. What is your return policy?


We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return it, we’ve made the process as easy as possible.


Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.


Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Subscription boxes must be returned as a complete set.


Return Process:

1. Request a Return: Email us at hello@techboxsupplies.store with your order number.

2. Return Instructions: We’ll send you a return authorisation and detailed instructions.

3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the item and verify the condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

 


 

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?


Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure prompt delivery. This means that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

7. How do I know if an item is in stock?


If an item is available for purchase on our website, it is in stock. However, due to high demand, some popular items may sell out quickly.


If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a “Sold Out” notice on the product page. Don’t worry—most of our products are restocked frequently, so check back or sign up for our newsletter to get notified when the item becomes available again.

 


 

8. Do you offer gift cards?


Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we will be expanding our services soon, so keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
